AGV Tracteur EOS: simple, efficient, robust, adaptable, ready for your workshop

A modular AGV tractor, made up of standard commercial components (easy maintenance, low risk of obsolescence), powered by proven EOS software. It adapts to the environment (adapted guidance mode), to your need for autonomy, to your hitches and your process – without complexity.

What you can customize

Guidance mode :

Several options to choose from, including painted line tracking, wire guidance, contour navigation, datamatrix spots, UWB ("indoor" GPS) 🡪 advised by our experts according to your site and constraints.

Autonomy :

48 V Lithium battery from 1.5 to 7 kWh, with a choice of on-board charger (night charging), rapid exchange or induction.

Traction capacity :

2 t as standard, up to 3 t depending on configuration and conditions of use.

Hitching :

Automatic release: standard, without manual intervention.
Automatic hooking: option subject to study (taking into account your drawbar type, environment and safety requirements).

Color :

Heavy-duty industrial paint (non-metallized), two-tone according to your choice.

Fleet operation :

1 to 2 AGVs: operation without a dedicated fleet manager (on-board).
From 3 AGVs upwards: a fleet manager may be required depending on the circuit - contact us for a study.

Workshop integration & connectivity

Workshop interfaces :

Automatic doors (open/close), machine mission calls, operator calls via buttons, operator calls via HMI (specific study, please consult us).

Communication :

Wi-Fi and standard I/O modules for dialogue with the production environment.

Monitoring :

Optional OPC data transmission (job in progress, position, etc.). Consult us for study or other systems.

What about SNOX (Snox Cart) users?

If you’re using an older SNOX system, our AGV tractor can easily replace your SNOX tractors without changing the layout: thanks to blue line guidance and the free placement of the guidance camera, we can adapt to the existing layout and convert the SNOX programming to ensure continuity of your production.
