01 / ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
Designs and Electrical Schematics
Three people in the electrical engineering department define and document the equipment needed to operate the machines, control panels, and control cabinets.
- Creation of electrical schematics and manufacturing documentation using the SEE Expert and SEE Electrical tools.
- Design of control and power circuits and preparation for connecting sensors, actuators, and axes.
- Collaboration with the mechanical and automation teams to incorporate electrical systems from the machine’s design phase onward.
These documents are used for wiring, testing, and future maintenance.
02 / PRODUCTION
Control panels, cabinets, and machine wiring
Three employees dedicated to assembly and wiring handle the electrical work in the workshop and on the machines. The goal is to ensure that the schematics match the equipment that is actually installed.
- Assembly and wiring of control panels and electrical cabinets.
- Industrial machinery electrical systems: cable routing and connection of field devices.
- Connect the sensors, actuators, and axes, then perform checks before startup.
03 / INTERVENTIONS
Construction Projects and On-Site Work
A site manager coordinates electrical work at industrial facilities. EOS Energies provides services to install and connect machinery, modify existing equipment, and assist with testing and commissioning, working closely with automation teams as needed.
One project, many skills
EOS designs mechanical and automation systems; EOS Usinage manufactures precision parts; and EOS Energies handles electrical design and installation. Depending on the need, the teams work separately or together, from design through commissioning.
